Web Development

Each project is quoted via a written Proposal that defines pages, features, content, timeline, and price. The Scope is fixed before we begin; any changes are agreed and priced via formal Change Requests.

Hosting is provided under our Website Hosting Agreement. When bundled with a new web development project, hosting carries a 12-month minimum term; thereafter it continues on a rolling monthly basis with 3 months’ notice to terminate.

QUARTERLY SEO HEALTH CHECK

Performance review, ranking check, and a recommendations report every three months. Standalone or included in the Premium Bundle.
Hourly Work
For one-off jobs, content edits beyond your bundle, or out-of-scope changes. We always quote in advance and only start once you’ve approved the cost in writing.
General work for hosted clients: Content edits, small fixes, plugin work, integrations.

Emergency or out-of-hours. Outside Mon–Fri 9–5 UK time. 1-hour minimum charge.

A few practical points about how we price, invoice, and work.
VAT
All prices on this page are exclusive of VAT. UK VAT will be added to invoices at the prevailing rate where applicable.
Payment Terms
Web development: 50% deposit, 50% on approval before launch. Hosting: monthly Direct Debit via GoCardless, in advance.
Contracts
Web development is governed by our Web Development Agreement; hosting by our separate Hosting Agreement. Both are signed before work starts.
Hosting Term
When you launch a new site with us, hosting is required for 12 months from go-live. After that, it’s rolling monthly with 3 months’ notice to leave.
Annual Review
Hosting fees may be reviewed annually to reflect underlying cost changes. Any increase is notified 3 months in advance, with the right to cancel.
Migration on Exit
Leaving us? You’ll receive one final backup of your site as a downloadable archive at no charge. Hands-on migration support is chargeable hourly.
