Practical website help, honest advice, and expert support — whenever your business needs it.

If your website feels confusing, outdated, or harder to manage than it should be, you’re not alone. Many small business owners come to me because they don’t know who to trust for honest advice — or they’ve been left trying to figure things out on their own.

Whether your site is built on WordPress, Wix or Shopify, if you need updates, SEO support, technical fixes, or just someone to explain things clearly, we are here to help you.

When Website Help Makes Sense

You might not need a brand-new website — you might just need the right support.

We regularly help small businesses who:

Want to improve SEO but feel overwhelmed by advice online

Need updates or changes but don’t know how to make them

Need to migrate their website to a new platform or hosting

Have technical issues they don’t understand

Want someone to review their website and explain what’s working — and what isn’t

Simply need a reliable expert they can ask questions without feeling silly

If your website isn’t working the way you’d hoped, I’m here to help you figure out the next steps.

How We Help

Every business is different, so the first step is simply a conversation. You don’t need any technical knowledge — just tell me what’s working, what isn’t, and what you’d like to improve. I’ll listen, ask the right questions, and then suggest the most practical way forward. We can help with every aspect of your website, including:

Website Updates & Improvements

From small content changes to layout adjustments, we help keep your website current, professional, and working properly.

Website Migrations

Moving from Wix to WordPress? Changing hosting? Redesigning without losing your SEO? We handle migrations carefully so you don’t lose visibility or data.

SEO Help & Guidance

If your website isn’t being found on Google, I’ll explain what’s happening in plain language and help you prioritise the changes that actually matter.

Troubleshooting & Technical Support

Broken pages, slow loading times, plugin issues, or general technical headaches — we diagnose the problem and fix it without overcomplicating things.

Expert Advice When You Need It

Sometimes you just need answers. Whether you’re unsure about platforms, design changes, or next steps, you can come to me for clear, honest guidance.

I've just recently had my website redesigned by Elaine from Exaltis solutions, I was given great advice and I'm absolutely thrilled with my new website. No wonder they have so many great reviews which are well deserved. I received first class service from start to finish. I cannot recommend Exaltis solutions enough, from one very happy customer.

When Covid 19 hit I found myself with a very poor website and no way to continue teaching Pilates/Yoga. Elaine reached out to us and as she had already built one beautiful website for us for another business we knew she was the right girl for the job. She built us a bridge, she took our services from the physical space to an online platform with an integrated booking and payment system. This all happened in such a short amount of time. Working with her is a dream, she became a sounding board and an advisor too. Her skills and work ethic are incredible. She is my 10/10 girl. Thanks a million.

Elaine is truly exceptional at what she does. Her dedication, expertise, and ability to bring my vague ideas to life made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. I can’t thank her enough for all she’s done.

One of the most helpful website designers I’ve ever worked with. Simple and uncomplicated when I was in a fix, the process was easy (helped by the fact that I already had most of the content), and it was super clear what was on offer. Elaine clearly knew what she was about. LOVE the end product. Update: Elaine has now sorted my SEO and my stats are starting to really make sense. Absolutely ace work! And always ready to do whatever is needed without fuss or delay.

Elaine is a highly skilled developer and a whizz at SEO. She gets you, your brand, your audience and delivers everything you need to succeed whilst delivering outstanding customer service. Elaine is purpose-driven and kind. In a market where many businesses can get ripped off and experience appalling service affecting sales, marketing and profit, Elaine is a breathe of fresh air. Plus she is a super lovely person too.

I recommend Elaine from exaltis very highly , from start to finish of the full build very professional and always kept in touch, I was fairly picky with what I wanted and elaine nailed it completely! We had a full ecommerce site built and all the feed back from our customers is amazing on how well the site flows.
